This easy Caesar salad dressing is much better than dressing out of the bottle. Enjoy on your favourite Caesar salad.

Ingredients
Makes: 1 Cup
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 anchovies (mashed to a paste)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- Whisk together the olive oil and egg yolk to make a creamy mayo-like mix.
- Add all other ingredients (except Parmesan cheese), and blend together until smooth.
- Add in Parmesan cheese and stir gently.
