About this recipe:
One-step easy dinner recipe! Tasty Italian sausages are baked with chunks of bread, potatoes and herbs and spices.
8 Italian sausages
8 slices bread chunks (or toast chunks)
4 cubed potatoes
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons rosemary
5 unpeeled garlic gloves, "squashed"
- Slash the sausages.
- Slice and chop remaining ingredients.
- Mix everything and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 200 C / Gas 6.
Can use another type of sausage, and add in peppers for some veg.
