About this recipe: Simple ingredients but such a tasty treat! Melt plain chocolate and white chocolate, mix in pistachio nuts and cranberries, and find yourself with a tasty festive treat in minutes.

Serves: 6 

  • 150g pistachio nuts
  • 350g plain chocolate
  • 230g white chocolate
  • 150g dried cranberries

  1. Toast pistachios for 10 minutes on a baking tray in a preheated 180 C / Gas 4 oven.
  2. Melt chocolates seperately in a double boiler, or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix cranberries and pistachios with plain chocolate and then spread over a baking tray with a spatula.
  4. Drop white chocolate in dollops over the plain chocolate base, and mix into plain cocolate with a knife.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then break "bark" into pieces.
