About this recipe: Delicious potatoes, prepared in a few minutes, will compliment any meal, especially chicken or fish.

Serves: 2 

  • 10g butter
  • 1 (400g) tin tinned new potatoes, drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mild chilli powder (optional)
  • 5-6 grinds tropical mixed peppercorns

Prep:3min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:43min 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add all ingredients including butter to a suitably sized baking dish.
  3. Get your hands in and mix it all up and cover the potatoes on all sides.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, turning 2-3 times.
  5. Serve! Simple! and simply gorgeous!
