Makes: 1 Bottle
- 500g apricots, stoned and chopped
- 300g light brown soft sugar
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 300ml water
Prep:15min › Cook:15min › Ready in:30min
- Join ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until a thin syrup is formed and fruit breaks down.
- Allow to cool, then press through a sieve.
- Bottle the syrup and keep in the fridge.
