I like using the chunky peanut butter because it gives that extra taste and crunch. Also feel free to use more peanut butter, this recipe will give the potatoes a slight undertone of peanut butter.
Although I like both peanut butter and mashed potatoes this did not work for me. If I were to make this again I would sub bread for the potatoes, add jelly and serve the milk in a glass on the side. - 05 Feb 2015
