Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add sliced bananas. Cook for about 3 minutes or until bananas are golden brown.
Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly (don't be afraid to crush the bananas a little). Stir until combined and flour has cooked, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
