30g butter, melted
500g plain flour
400 to 600g caster sugar, or to taste
1 lime, zested

Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas 7. Grease and flour a 25cm tube cake tin.
Put all ingredients in a blender, then blend till smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown.
