Key lime and lemon caipirinha

    10 min

A traditional Brazilian caipirinha is made with limes. This version uses lemons and key limes for a twist on this classic Brazilian drink. If you can't find cachaça (sugar cane liqueur) at your local off-licence, it is available online, or ask them to order it for you - it's well worth it!

Key limes are difficult to find in the UK and Ireland. You can order key lime juice online or simply use ordinary limes.
