About this recipe: A delcicous white chocolate cheesecake I have made loads of times and it's always a hit. The chocolate biscuit base is a nice change from the usual digestive.
You can use low fat cream cheese and creme fraiche with the same sucess
so sorry missed a step out in this recipe tried to edit the original and couldnt Melt the butter and add crushed biscuits, press down firmly into the base of a greased springform tin. Beat the cream cheese until soft and add the eggs one by one together with the vanilla Microwave chocolate but use low power and plastic bowl, or melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over hot water, then fold the creme fraiche in, fold choc mixture into the cream cheese mixture Pour into the tin and tap firmly to remove any air bubbles. Bake at 150 C / Gas 2 for 20-30 minutes or until centre wobbles slightly. Rest for 2 to 3 hours until cool, then release fron tin decorate with melted dark chocolate and serve with whipped cream and raspberries (I find the cream too much but it up to individuals). - 17 Jan 2012

I'm currently baking this in the oven so can't do a proper review but I would say that the recipe doesn't tell you when to add the creme fraiche? I got all the way to adding the topping to my base before noticing and had to pour it out again to add it in. - 07 Mar 2014
