About this recipe: This is a very tangy and moreish chutney. It has a hint of fresh ginger and apple, once tried you will want more. All my friends and family love it.
Store in freezer bags to save jars. Make sure this is cold before freezing. Just thaw and put in jar when you need to eat.

very pleasant chutney that will compliment a lot of cheeses. Love the tip about the freezer. I filled 4 jars and the remainder has been put into 2 ice cube trays inside freezer bags. In theory I only need to defrost the portions I need. - 09 Sep 2015
