Cinnamon Brandy Butter

    A lovely, aromatic twist on traditional brandy butter. This brandy butter is spiced with cinnamon. Add a pinch of nutmeg, too, if you'd like!

    Serves: 10 

    • 200g unsalted butter, cubed
    • 200g caster sugar
    • 75ml brandy
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1. Cube the chilled butter about a half hour before starting, so that it is almost room temperature.
    2. Beat the butter for 1 minute. Add the sugar and beat together until pale and fluffy. Add the brandy a teaspoon at a time, beating constantly. Add the cinnamon and combine.
    3. Spoon the brandy butter into a serving bowl and chill. Cover with cling film if not serving the same day.
