About this recipe: I wanted to make my own pourable homemade chocolate custard to serve with chocolate bread pudding. It was delicious! I might try different flavours of chocolate next time...orange chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, etc!
This works really well with rice milk for a dairy free alternative. I poured mine over frozen raspberries and set them in the fridge. - 03 Nov 2012
