I just made this for my husband and son, and we all absolutely loved it! I only had Lurpak and low fat yoghurt in the fridge but it came out delicious and extremely soft. I used a loaf tin and only cooked it for 40 minutes and did sprinkle caster sugar on the top before baking. Would go great with custard! Yummy, thank you! - 23 Jul 2013
I added a lot of spices as I thought this would be rather plain otherwise. It's a nice, moist cake. Here's my interpretation
