Codfish preparation: Soak the codfish in water to cover for 24 hours, replacing the water halfway through soaking. Remove the skin and slice the cod fish in very thin pieces.
Put the olive oil and the onions into a pan and saute the onion until soft. Add the codfish strips. After 10 minutes add the potatoes and the eggs and mix everything till the eggs are cooked. At the end garnish with the parsley and the olives. Enjoy it!
