About this recipe: This cheesecake is so so easy to make. All you need are biscuits, packet of Angel Delight® (whatever flavour you like) and whipped cream.

Serves: 5 

  • 200g biscuits
  • 75-100g butter
  • packet Angel Delight®
  • milk (whatever the packet says)
  • cream for whipping
  • chocolate for decorating

Prep:20min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Extra time:15min chilling  ›  Ready in:37min 

  1. Melt the butter and add the crushed biscuits. Press into a dish to create the biscuit base. Chill in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Make the Angel Delight as the packet tells you to, then spread onto the biscuit base put back in fridge.
  3. Whip the cream and spread on top of the Angel Delight then you can top with chocolate or whatever you like. Put back in the fridge until ready to eat.

Quick and easy recipe, some things need changing on next attempt,I found that maybe as I didn't chill the middle layer (angel delight) for long enough once I added the cream the 2 combined slightly so may need chilling for a bit longer,I used a whole carton of double cream (the ones that are just under 300g as wasn't specified) but bf wants a thinker cake next time,so gonna buy 2 angel delight sachets and maybe even mix the flavours, otherwise v tasty - 25 Jul 2016
