I came up with this recipe of my own after falling in love with salt and pepper chicken pieces from the local Chinese takeaway. It's now a cheaper option for me to cook it myself...and it's simple! Nice on either a bed of lettuce or served with sweet chilli sauce. And great as a starter of part of a main course with fried rice!

this was delicious and was very easy to make although I did use eggs and a little milk to dip chicken in before putting in breadcrumbs as it sticks to the mix better - 12 Sep 2013
