Make a full mug of tea, pour tea into mixing bowl then use the same mug for rest of recipe
Fill your mug with sultanas then add them to the tea and then refill mug with your demerara sugar pour in to the bowl let soak all soak for half hour.
After it is soaked, add the egg then fill your mug twice with the flour. Mix all together then add to tin and cook for approx 2 hours on low heat (150 C / Gas 2).
