  • 450ml (16 fl oz) pineapple juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 (500g) vanilla yoghurt
  • 150g (5 oz) strawberries, hulled
  • 4 tablespoons wheatgerm
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
