Cannellini bean and coriander dip

About this recipe:
Serve this delicious, garlicky and herby dip with pitta, tortilla crisps or wheat crackers.
2 (400g) tins cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, coriander, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Process until smooth, or to your desired consistency. Taste, and season with salt and pepper.
Really nice and works great with chickpeas too
