Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes, until thickened.
Add to your favourite stir fry just at the end of cooking. You can make this ahead of time and store in the fridge for 2 weeks, then use as needed.
Try adding these tasty additions to your stir fry at the same time as adding your sauce: Sliced spring onion, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts or cashews. For a thicker and sweeter consistency, you can add up to 6 more tablespoons of golden syrup.
