About this recipe:
This chocolate dip is delicious served with fruit (particularly strawberries), or warmed slightly and poured over ice-cream.
250g (9 oz) good quality dark chocolate
500ml (17 fl oz) extra thick organic cream
- Pour cream into a glass bowl and microwave on medium until small bubbles appear.
- Break the dark chocolate into small chunks and add to the bowl of cream. Whisk until all the chocolate is melted.
- Pour into a fancy serving bowl and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours until set.
