    About this recipe: This is a unique and delicious dip that can be made with tinned salmon, smoked salmon or even leftover salmon.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 225g (8 oz) mayonnaise
    • 175g tinned or smoked salmon, flaked
    • 1 tin hearts of palm, drained and chopped

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in an oven proof dish. Bake in a preheated 190 C / Gas 5 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with toasted baguette or crackers.

    Tip

    You can use crab meat instead of salmon. You can also use artichoke hearts instead of hearts of palm.
