Mix 150g flour, 100g caster sugar, 2 eggs, 2 drops vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and 100g butter thoroughly until light and fluffy. Grease the cake tin using some butter and pour in the mixture.
Pop in the oven for 20 minutes.
Mix the remaining flour, caster sugar, 2 eggs, 2 drops vanilla extract and 100g butter together until light and fluffy.
After taking first one out the oven, grease the tin and pop in the oven for 20 minutes.
Let them cool and meanwhile make the buttercream icing. Add 30g icing sugar and 50g butter and mix until smooth.
Spread over the chocolate layer. Then mix the remaining 30g icing sugar and 50g butter with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder until smooth and spread over the sponge layer. Spread with the white buttercream and put the remaining sponge layer on top of the other.
Do the washing and serve with anything you want! Enjoy
