About this recipe: Tangy and tasty quick supper. Healthy too! Add fresh salad leaves if available for colour and texture.

Serves: 4 

  • oil as needed
  • 4 chicken breast fiillets, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder or paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 fresh mango (optional)
  • 8 pitta or wraps

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan and gently fry the chicken until golden. Add chilli, cumin and garlic and cook further 1 to 2 minutes. Add the mango chutney.
  2. Chop the fresh mango (if using) and add to the chicken.
  3. Warm the pitta or wraps. Fill with the chicken mix.
