About this recipe:
Basically just fresh cream, sweetened with sugar and flavoured with a drop of whiskey, but it's delicious with mince pies or Christmas pudding.
250ml whipping cream
1 dessertspoon caster or icing sugar
2 tablespoons Irish whisky
- Whip cream until it's spoonable. Gently fold or stir in the sugar and whisky. Serve immediately.
