Don't leave it in the oven for too long because it can get dry and lose its moistness!
lowered the sugars as suggested by GiselleRozzell but kept same amount of cocoa powder and I used dark chocolate chunks as not a fan of white, turned out beautifully and very indulgent - 04 Jan 2014
Decided to take the sugar advice so just dumped in about 400g of golden caster. as that's what I had The oven temperature didn't specify whether fan or not - I tried it at 160 fan but had to turn it up to 170 after about 25 minutes and it took about another 10 minutes cooking as a result. Delicious and so easy. I also lowered sugar amounts and brownies were still lovely & sweet. Have made these numerous times now! - 21 Sep 2016
