Marinate steaks with herbs, garlic, honey and olive oil. Cover and leave in fridge for 2 hours or longer.
Heat a non-stick pan and once it's warm, turn to low heat and put in margarine and let it melt for 30 seconds before you start cooking the rumps. Turn heat to medium and leave each side for about 6 minutes. Then flip over and cook for another 6 minutes, depending on how you want it done. Season with salt and pepper.
