A delicious, savoury cake made with halloumi cheese, fresh mint and sesame seeds. It's Greek in origin and called Tyropita. It tastes even better the next day. So easy to make too.
pregnant and craving this cake!! Thank you so much for this recipe!! it was DELICIOUS!! Just like how i remember. I altered it a bit and added a handful of dried mint. And Canola oil instead of the other oil mentioned. Since i live in america, i converted 2,1/2 cups flour. 2cups halloumi i put it in the oven for 50mins at 360F which i think is approx 180C - 28 Jan 2014
