Prepare a 20cm (8 inch) square dish with aluminium foil.
Break chocolate into squares (this helps it to melt) in a large, microwave safe bowl with 1/2 tin of condensed milk. Put microwave and high, stirring every minute for 10 seconds - 3 minutes. Remove and add vanilla extract and almonds and stir until all is smooth and mixed.
Place in dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After two hours, feel. If it's firm and slightly sticky lift from dish (using the aluminium foil) and peel off foil. Cut into squares and serve!!!
