About this recipe: This is an indulgent treat you could give as a present, especially at Christmas! Once cut, you can keep the fudge in the freezer - no need to thaw - just eat straight away!

Serves: 64 

  • 340g chocolate, any kind, chopped
  • 400g condensed milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150g nuts, any kind

Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:1hr setting  ›  Ready in:1hr10min 

  1. Melt the chopped chocolate, condensed milk and salt in a heavy based pan on a low heat. Stir in the nuts.
  2. Pour this mixture into a 23cm square foil tray, smoothing the top.
  3. Let the fudge cool and then refrigerate until set. You can then cut into small pieces approximately 2 by 4cm or cutting 8 by 8 lines in the tin to give 64 pieces.
