I had some pork casserole chunks and just emptied my cupboards and fridge to make a casserole with it. Turned out gorgeous and so easy to make in one pot! The other great thing about this recipe is you can really use what ever veg you have in the fridge. I've even done it with sprouts. Nice winter warmer :)
Check every hour or so as you may need to a dd little more water.
