Best ever cheese toastie

This is the ultimate cheese toasty that I created with some leftovers. Quick n' easy too! What more could you ask for!

Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 2 to 4 slices cheese of choice
- 1/2 a tomato
- 6 cooked chopped mini sausages
- salt and pepper to taste
- a few slices of red onion

- Turn on the toaster. Place a slice of bread on the toaster.
- Spread the ingredients out evenly onto the toasted slice of bread.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, close the toaster and leave until toasted.
- Enjoy!
Tip
If you don't have the mini sausages, you don't have to use them. You could use normal sausages or none at all! It tastes just as good without them :)
