About this recipe:This is my family's favourite sweet tart. I make it regularly when the oranges are in season and there's never any left after it's been started. Very light and delectable with a cup of nice hot tea.
Heat oven to 180 C / Gas 4 and spray or grease a 22cm round, fluted tart tin.
Melt butter and 100g chocolate together until liquid. Whizz biscuits into crumbs and combine with melted butter and chocolate and press this into the base and up the sides of the tart tin to form a lip. Put into the fridge to chill slightly.
Whisk together the cream, eggs, orange zest and orange curd and pour into the tin.
Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes until just set. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for about an hour.
Remove from the tin, drizzle with 25g melted chocolate and leave to cool completely. Chill in the fridge before serving.
If your orange curd contains orange zest, you can leave this out.
