About this recipe: Very easy and oh so very tasty! A gorgeous combination of crab, mustard, chilli, coriander, lime and mascarpone on ciabatta.

Serves: 2 

  • 1/2 pack Seafood & Eat It® white crab
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mascarpone
  • 1/2 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 1 small handful coriander, roughly chopped
  • a squeeze of lime
  • 2 slices ciabatta
  • 1 handful grated cheese
  • ground black pepper to taste

Prep:2min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Ready in:4min 

  1. Mix the crab, mustard, mascarpone, chilli and coriander in bowl until well combined the squeeze over the lime.
  2. Spread the mixture over the ciabatta and top with your choice of grated cheese.
  3. Toast under the grill until golden. Season with pepper and serve.
