About this recipe:
Very easy and oh so very tasty! A gorgeous combination of crab, mustard, chilli, coriander, lime and mascarpone on ciabatta.
1/2 pack Seafood & Eat It® white crab
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon mascarpone
1/2 red chilli, finely sliced
1 small handful coriander, roughly chopped
a squeeze of lime
2 slices ciabatta
1 handful grated cheese
ground black pepper to taste
- Mix the crab, mustard, mascarpone, chilli and coriander in bowl until well combined the squeeze over the lime.
- Spread the mixture over the ciabatta and top with your choice of grated cheese.
- Toast under the grill until golden. Season with pepper and serve.
