I would have liked to know how high to fry them at and for how long. I just guessed and did them for 6 mins a side at medium heat which worked okay. It would have been better if I had rotated them at 3 mins so they cooked more evenly. I used 200g of crab meat, because all I could taste was potato when I used 100g. The taste of everything else was perfect. I will make them again. - 26 Jul 2014
