About this recipe: Japanese style healthy chicken marinated in mirin and soy. Grilled and served with toasted sesame seeds with sizzling vegetables and rice.
* If you do not have Mirin - you can use a mixture of granulated sugar and sherry.
Amazing! Just what I wanted to try out my new teppanyaki grill. Didn't use courgette, but used baby corn and mange-tout instead. Turned out quite nice and added an extra bit of colour. Also had no mirin, or sherry. A bit of rum worked out fine though. - 01 Jun 2015
