Hot and spicy fish curry

    How to make a fish curry in Sri Lankan style. Fresh tuna is dressed with simple curry spices and garlic.

    Serves: 5 

    • 450g tuna
    • 2 tablespoons vinegar
    • salt to taste
    • 4 tablespoons red pepper powder
    • 2 tablespoons unroasted curry powder
    • 1 tablespoons black pepper
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 4 cups water

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Wash fish and cut into cubes.
    2. Add vinegar and salt and knead into the fish.
    3. Mix in red pepper powder, curry powder, black pepper and garlic.
    4. Place fish in a pan, pour over the water. Bring to the simmer and and cook for 20 minutes.
