About this recipe: This is something I created when I wanted an interesting stir fry and couldn't find a recipe I liked. Plus I'm on a mission to find edible food that's still gluten free. You can adjust the amount of chilli in it to make it as hot as you like. It needs some marinating but cooks in minutes.
You can leave the steak to marinate for up to 24 hours. The flavour will only improve.

Superb! I've never known my husband to be so enthused about a dish before. Although the dish wasn't technically sticky, the honey & the fresh chilly, (including the seeds), really compliment one another. Might add a little fresh grated ginger next time in the marinade. - 18 Feb 2016
