Combine the chicken wings with the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilli, liver spread, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, tomato puree and honey or sugar. Toss to coat and marinate for 5 hours in the fridge.
Heat a large frying pan or wok. Add the chicken wings and marinade. Add water and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, then add the potatoes, carrots, peppers, cheese and peanut butter. Simmer for a further 5 to 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
