About this recipe: An easy to make white chocolate cheesecake that won't last long! It's rich, creamy and requires no baking.

Ingredients

Serves: 6 

  • 150g crushed digestive biscuits
  • 40g melted butter
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 300g original Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 150ml double cream

Method

Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:3hr  ›  Ready in:3hr15min 

  1. Mix the crushed digestive biscuits and the melted butter. Press into the base of a round tin.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
  3. Whisk the Philadelphia and double cream, then add the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour mixture on top of the biscuit base.
  5. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.

Made this for a dinner party added vanilla and extra 100ml of double cream it went down a storm they are still talking about it now and all wanted the recipe. Thank u - 10 Jul 2014
