About this recipe:
An easy to make white chocolate cheesecake that won't last long! It's rich, creamy and requires no baking.
150g crushed digestive biscuits
40g melted butter
200g white chocolate
300g original Philadelphia® cream cheese
150ml double cream

Mix the crushed digestive biscuits and the melted butter. Press into the base of a round tin.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
Whisk the Philadelphia and double cream, then add the melted chocolate.
Pour mixture on top of the biscuit base.
Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving. Watch how!

was slightly put off by the above review but so glad I made this. So easy and everyone loved it, would really recommend this recipe.
I sprinkled Cadburys flake over the top once it had set.

:-) This was lovely, although I find it is a bit nicer with 50ml more cream and a splash of vanilla extract!

Made this for a dinner party added vanilla and extra 100ml of double cream it went down a storm they are still talking about it now and all wanted the recipe. Thank u
