About this recipe: Quick, easy and super tasty!! Rocky road is a combination of chocolate, marshmallows and any secret ingredient you choose to include!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 24

    • 350g chocolate - milk, dark or white
    • secret ingredient, such as Cadbury® mini eggs or mini marshmallows
    • 30g butter
    • 397g condensed milk

    Method
    Prep:3min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:2hr chilling  ›  Ready in:2hr8min

    1. Get your chosen type of chocolate and break it up into squares, as well as preparing your other chosen ingredients. I chose to use mini eggs and marshmallows. I cut the marshmallows into quarters and also broke the mini eggs into little pieces to make them easier to chew.
    2. Get a heat proof bowl (I used a glass bowl) and a sauce-pan. Fill it with boiling water and put it on the hob over moderate heat. Make sure the heat proof bowl doesn't touch the bottom of the pan however does touch the water. Put the butter, condensed milk and and broken chocolate in the bowl and stir gently whilst they melt.
    3. Once all melted and smooth, take it off the hob, and mix the other ingredients into it. For example I mixed in my crushed mini eggs and my quartered marshmallows in with my melted chocolate and butter mix by gently stirring the mix as I poured the extra ingredients in.
    4. I scraped it all out into a small lasagne dish which already had cling film inside it. After scraping it all out I put it in the fridge to cool and set.
    5. I left it over night to set but I think it would set properly in 2 hours give or take! Then you can slice it up and enjoy!

    Tip

Fudge and caramel are also delicious in rocky road!
