About this recipe:I found this recipe when I was doing the Slimming World diet, but have since continued to use it about once every month. All guests I have cooked it for have loved it and it is my partner's favourite dish.
I really liked this. I actually made it in the slow cooker after browning onions and meat and cooked for about 4 hours on low. I added potatoes and peas and instead of minced lamb, I used a mixture of minced lamb and mutton. After about 4 hours I added a whole bag of spinach leaves and left to cook for another 30 - 40 minutes and then served it with boiled rice. - 29 May 2016
