Chili crab linguine

    A quick and easy supper of lightly sauteed tomatoes, spring onions and chilli tossed with crab and linguine.

    Serves: 2 

    • 150g linguine
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 3 spring onions, roughly chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    • 1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
    • 1 pack Seafood & eat it® white crab
    • 1 handful coriander, roughly chopped
    • 1 lime, zested and juiced

    1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for 10 minutes or until tender.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the tomatoes, spring onions, garlic and chilli and fry until fragrant.
    3. Add the drained pasta into the pan along with the crab, coriander and lime.
    4. Stir thoroughly for a minute or two until warmed through.
