followed this recipe to the letter and I'm sorry to say that it was not good. I double checked the amount of breadcrumbs on the actual sea food and eat it website because there seemed so much (it was correct). It was so dense and dry, very disappointing. Tasted like a dry porridge. Would love to know if it was something I did. Look forward to seeing other reviews. - 16 Feb 2013
