Fish finger wraps

    A delicious and quick supper which is tasty, healthy and filling! A great alternative to those who don't have sandwiches and they are delicious for lunch the next day! You could add cheese slices and serve with chips or a large salad.

    Makes: 2 wraps

    • 8 fish fingers
    • 2 tortilla wraps
    • To garnish
    • iceberg lettuce, shredded
    • cherry tomatoes, halved
    • sliced cucumber
    • mayonnaise
    • tartare sauce
    • To serve
    • lemon wedges and salad to serve

    1. Preheat the grill and cook the fish fingers according to the packet instructions.
    2. Once the fish fingers are done, place wraps on plates, layer your mayonnaise or sauce of choice with the salad and top with the 4 fish fingers per wrap (I cut mine up but you can keep them whole!).
    3. Layer a bit more sauce on the fish, if desired, and wrap your tortillas. Serve with salad garnish and lemon wedges.
