A simple onion gravy made with beef stock. You could add dried herbs, such as thyme, if desired. Get loads of flavour with hardly any effort!

I can make lasagna, yiros, beef stew, and so much more but I couldn't make gravy. My grandmother made the best gravy but mine never tasted like anything close to gravy, well cardboard gravy sause was as close as I could get to it.
