About this recipe:
A quick and easy starter. A bed of lettuce is simply dressed and topped with a delicious mixture of crab, tomato, dill, parsley and shallot.
2 to 3 crisp lettuce leaves
drizzle of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 pack of Seafood & Eat It White Crab
1 teaspoon of tomato puree
1 shallot, finely sliced
A handful of both dill and parsley, finely chopped
2 slices of brown bread, buttered
- Put the lettuce in a bowl, drizzle over a little olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and season.
- Mix the crab, tomato puree, shallot, dill and parsley together and pile onto the lettuce.
- Garnish with wedges of lemon and serve with the bread.
