Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Put the butter in a small bowl and mix until it softens slightly then add 1 teaspoon of the garlic granules and stir it in. Put to one side.
Put your cornflakes into a sandwich bag or similar and tie the top - be careful to let all the air out. Crush into tiny pieces with a rolling pin.
Pour the crushed up cornflakes into a larger bowl and add the remaining garlic, chilli, paprika, BBQ spice mix and salt and pepper then stir thoroughly to mix it in evenly. Return the mixture to the bag.
make a small pocket in the turkey portions and add half the butter mix to each fillet. Push down at the edges to get it to seal a little better - it stops it all coming out on the next step.
Either pour the milk into a bowl and dip the fillets into it, or brush each portion with a little milk.
Add the fillets to the bag containing the cornflake mixture and gently shake until both are evenly coated with the mixture. Take out of the bag and pop onto a baking sheet.
Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink at the centre.
Remove from oven and enjoy :-) This one's best served with mashed or new boiled potatoes or chips.
This is a really easy to make recipe and it is tasty .....I made this with Gluten free Cornflakes. I didnt add the BBQ spice mix and it worked wonderfully.... I am actually making this again at the weekend..... Give it a go.....:-) - 21 Apr 2015
