Place the bread on a baking tray and toast both sides under the grill until golden brown.
While the bread is still warm, rub one side of each piece of toast with a garlic clove, top with chopped tomatoes, a little salt and fresh basil. Drizzle olive oil over the top and serve.
I just tried this one today and very much liked it.
Nice and undemanding when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen but still satisfying.

Can we use other than garlic and still bring out the favor?
As I cannot eat garlic or onions, just wonder if you have any other suggestion? thx
