A straightforward, classic bruschetta with 5 main ingredients - bread, garlic, tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil. A great way to use up bits of baguette or crusty bread loaves that are a day or so old.

Try substitute garlic with gruyere and parmesan cheese . I havent tried it yet.....its is lovelymlovely , also get a really nice bread ...i like tiger ..also mozzarella is also good .. - 31 Aug 2014
hi, i would like to ask a question regarding this dish. Can we use other than garlic and still bring out the favor? As I cannot eat garlic or onions, just wonder if you have any other suggestion? thx - 19 May 2014
